Over the past fifteen years, Edward Valentin has dedicated his career to the sub-prime
automotive industry. From selling cars in 1991, to managing finance departments
and ultimately running his own dealership by 1995, Edward became instrumental in
the growth of CustomerFunding.com Inc. He positioned himself as one of the pioneers
in creating and launching the original Auto Credit Finders, Inc.
website program in 1997. With extensive knowledge and experience in the world of
automotive special finance, Edward realized a need for this wisdom on the internet.
He has been a key player in implementing new automotive marketing programs to dealers
and lenders nationwide, coining the phrase, "Our business, is your business,
the car business."

James successfully founded and operated a web development and automotive lead generation
company for two years before joining CustomerFunding in 1999. He has been an integral
part in the E-Commerce growth of the company, creating technological advances such
as Clean LeadTM and Lead-MatchTM Technologies. He has an extensive
background in web related programs which include ASP, ASPNET, HTML, JSP, and JAVA.
He also has experience running many of the Microsoft Enterprise products including
SQL Server 2000, Advanced Server 2000, Datacenter Server, and Exchange Server. James
is regarded as an industry leader in E-Commerce technology and system integration
by many people in his field. James earned a BS in computer systems engineering from
Arizona State University.

Tim joined the CustomerFunding.com Inc. team in January of 2001. He embarked on
a career in sales after retiring from the United States Air Force in 1997. Having
had a fulfilling military career of 26 years he was anxious to try his hand at something
new and found automotive sales to be the perfect fit. Tim was one of our first Regional
Dealer Account Managers and was a natural to become the manager of the department
in 2002. He has been an integral part in the growth of that department keeping attrition
at unheard of levels in the industry. A true "team player", Tim was named
Director of Dealer Operations in October of 2005.

Eduardo joined CustomerFunding.com Inc. in April of 2004. With an extensive background
in finance, he was hired to develop automotive finance programs that would utilize
the company's extensive dealer base. Prior to working for CustomerFunding.com Inc.
Eduardo worked first as an Account Executive for Household International in their
Direct Lending division and then moved to the marketing department where he was
responsible for the development of strategic alliances. This coupled with his 10
plus years in the auto industry made him an obvious candidate to spearhead our Business
Development and Strategic Alliance programs. Eduardo earned a BS in Business Administration-Finance
from California State Chico.

Ryan was hired on in April of 2003 in our sales department. Having come to us with
11 years of marketing, account management, and sales management experience he was
consistently tops in sales. It did not take long for management to realize that
he would become a key player in the expansion of the sales division. As manager
of the dealer direct sales department, Ryan moved sales to new heights.

Hired in March of 2001, Susan has brought an extensive automotive industry background
to CustomerFunding.com, Inc. With over 15 years in finance and management positions,
her strength has been in the sub-prime market. She has managed sales crews and finance
departments in both new and used dealerships. Having also worked as a loan underwriter
for a sub-prime auto lender, Susan gained an even broader insight into the automotive
industry. This coupled with her great people skills, made her a natural to be named
as the HR Director for CustomerFunding.com Inc.

Rob joined CustomerFunding as Controller in August of 2006. Having started his career
as an accountant for a large grocery chain, Rob has also done consultant work for
various businesses, assisting them with a multitude of accounting issues. Most recently
he was CFO of a Phoenix based furniture manufacturer. Rob earned a BS degree in
Accounting from Arizona State University

She was hired as an administrative assistant and was promoted to sales as a loan
specialist in 2002. Lorrie's dedication and understanding of operations made her
a prime candidate for a regional manager position in 2003. She was promoted to the
Direct Lending Manager in 2004. With her excellent customer service skills and leadership

Michelle joined CustomerFunding in March of 2007. Michelle worked in the Restaurant
Industry for 10 years. She was General Manager of a very popular Italian Restaurant
in the valley for over six years. After graduating from Arizona State University,
Michelle became the Director of client services for a large marketing firm. With
her extensive knowledge of print marketing, she has been a huge asset in the building
of our Direct Mail Program.

Hired in March of 2007, it has not taken Jacqueline long to become an integral part
of the CustomerFunding team. Jacqueline and her family relocated from Puerto Rico
last winter where she was born and raised. For the past five years she worked as
a branch manager for the second largest mortgage company in Puerto Rico. Her customer
service skills coupled with her account management background made her an ideal
candidate for a Regional Manager position.

Jeff has been with customer funding since 2003, starting in the sales division responsible
for bringing new dealers to the program. In August of 2005 Jeff was promoted to
Account Manager of the north east territory, since then he has committed himself
to the success of every dealer who uses the program. Taking from the 50 plus years
of expert car sales experience at Customerfunding coupled with his background in
communication from Arizona State University Jeff is dedicated to sharing what he
learns with his dealers and takes personal satisfaction in the helping dealerships
increase their bottom line.
